This policy applies to all golf related products and corporate branding bought from Cloud9Golf.  This policy is not intended to limit your statutory rights in any way.

Unwanted products

Unwanted products cannot be returned to us.

Damaged Products

It is important that you log the return for damaged products with us within 30 days of delivery or collection.

We will collect the product from you at no charge.

Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will credit your account with the purchase price of the product within 10 days of the return (or refund you if that is your preference).

Exchange policy

Clothing apparel can be exchanged for a different size or colour variation, provided that such variation is available.

In such a case, we require that you courier the product to Cloud9Golf offices at your cost.

Once we have received the product, we will exchange the product within 10 days of the return at your cost.

We reserve the right to inspect the product to validate your return.

Please note that products sold in our shop are sold at the lowest prices possible and we therefore cannot be responsible for the courier charges for exchanges.

Incorrect delivery

If we accidentally deliver the wrong product to you, or if the product is not as described on the Website (including if it is missing any accessories), please notify us and we will collect the product from you at no charge.

Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will at your choice deliver the correct product to you as soon as possible (if the correct product is available); or credit your account with the purchase price of the product within 10 days of the return (or refund you if that is your preference).

Damaged on delivery

Should a product be damaged at the time of the delivery/collection, please notify us within 7 days of such delivery.

We will arrange to collect the product from you.

Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will at your choice repair / replace the product as soon as possible (if such repair/replacement is possible) or credit your account with the purchase price of the product (or refund you if that is your preference).

Defective products

We strive to deliver products that have no defects, but sometimes this is out of our hands.

A defect is seen as a material imperfection which makes the product less acceptable.

Defects are not results from wear and tear, damage due to incorrect usage of the product or due to the fact that you have changed your mind.

Warranty

We have a standard warranty period of 6 months on our products.

Charges

If a product is returned to us without all the accessories we reserve the right to replace only the item that was returned – without the accessories as it would be assumed that the accessories are not defective.

We further reserve the right to only credit your account with the value of the returned unit and not the accessories.

If you return a product that is compliant to our returns and exchanges policy, we reserve the right to hold you liable for the cost of the collection of the product.

Donations are unfortunately not refundable.
